Moukado is a small, startup business run with a lot of love and passion. Every order I receive isn't just a sale, but a form of trust—and I truly appreciate that.

All products are hand-finished and carefully crafted. I personally select each base product, with an eye for quality, appearance, and durability. No mass production, but a traditional approach where I always do my utmost to create something unique – entirely according to the customer's wishes.

SOME REALIZATIONS

Made to order & fully negotiable

At Moukado, every product is made only after you place an order. There's no pre-made inventory: everything is carefully crafted and custom-made, just for you.

Do you have a specific request? A different color, a different size, or a small adjustment to the design? Please let me know! I'd be happy to discuss your needs. The range is flexible and expandable – your ideas are welcome.

Together, we'll ensure the final result perfectly matches your expectations. Everything is open for discussion, because I believe in truly personal work.

Preparation & shipping time

Because each product is handmade and often completely personalized, it takes some time and attention before everything is ready.

For standard products without customizations, the processing time is usually 2 to 4 business days . If you're having a product customized—for example, a different color, size, or design—it may take a little longer.

I like to keep you informed and always do my utmost to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Quality and satisfaction are paramount – I'd rather take an extra day than deliver something that's not quite right.

Returns & satisfaction

Because every product at Moukado is made to order and often completely custom-made, returns are unfortunately not possible. Each item is carefully crafted according to your wishes – unique and especially for you.

For personalized designs, I always provide a digital proof . This gives you the opportunity to review everything at your leisure before printing or production. Be sure to carefully check for typos, names, colors, or other details. Once you approve, I'll get to work.

If something did go wrong and it was Moukado's fault, I will, of course, take responsibility and we will work together to find a suitable solution.

My goal always remains: a satisfied customer and a great result.

Errors & right of cancellation

While I do my utmost to keep the website up-to-date and error-free, something can always go wrong. I'm only human, after all. 😊

This includes typographical errors, incorrect prices, or unintended inventory listings. If an error leads to a situation where there is a clear loss or an unrealistic offer, I reserve the right to cancel an order. I will, of course, inform you of this as soon as possible.

Sizes, formats & materials

At Moukado, you'll find a diverse selection of products – from personalized decorations to unique gifts. Because everything is finished by hand, slight variations in size or finish may occur. This makes each piece truly unique.

T-shirts

Kids: 100% cotton . Tubular cut. Cotton / elastane collar.
Weight 145 g / m²

Unisex: Short-sleeved T-shirt Material composition: 100% Belcoro® cotton, Regular fit, Neck style: round, with cotton closure . Unisex product. Weight: 190g/m². Soft and comfortable to wear. Machine wash: 30° maximum. Suitable for wearing all year round.

Washing instructions for T-shirts with flex foil

To keep your personalized T-shirt in top condition, please follow these guidelines:

Wash inside out: This will protect the print from friction and damage in the washing machine.
Max. 30°C: Use a gentle wash cycle without a pre-wash. Hot washes can damage the film's adhesive.
Avoid using too much fabric softener: This can affect the adhesion and color of the film.
Avoid the dryer: Let the T-shirt air dry, preferably on a hanger or flat on a drying rack.
Do not iron directly on the print. If ironing is necessary, turn the print inside out or cover it with a cloth. Use a low temperature.

Rompers

The rompers are suitable for newborn boys and girls. They have long or jorte sleeves and are made of 100% cotton. The natural fabric feels soft against the skin and is comfortable to wear. The snap closure at the bottom makes diapering easier. Follow the same washing instructions as for the t-shirts.

Tote bags

Made with 100% GRS-certified recycled cotton, certified by Control Union CU811033. Can be carried by hand or over the shoulder. Handle length: 67cm. Dimensions: 33x36cm.

Composition: jute except cotton handles.

Small bag: Handle length: 35 cm. Weight per item: 140 grams. Capacity: 6 liters. Natural color with black handles. Dimensions: 26 cm wide x 22 cm high x 14 cm deep.

Large bag: Handle length: 55cm. Dimensions: 42x33x19cm. Weight per item: 330g. Capacity: 21 litres.

Mugs

300ml: Ceramic mug with a capacity of 300 ml with a special coating for sublimation printing .
Individually packed in a white cardboard box.
Ø8X9.6 CM

200ml: Ceramic mug with special coating for sublimation.
Contents 200 ml.
Individually packed in a white cardboard box.
Ø8X7,8 CM.

The prints are pressed into the coating and are dishwasher- and microwave-safe. With normal use, the design will remain beautiful for years.

Glass cans

Suitable for cold and hot drinks from -20° to 160°C.
Includes a glass straw
Content: 550 ml.
Bamboo is a natural product, the colour may vary per item.
Ø7.2X15CM

Clear: simply transparent glass

Frosted: with special matte coating for sublimation.

Stickers

The wall art stickers are made of removable vinyl. They last virtually forever but are easy to remove if desired.

Car stickers are made with permanent vinyl. Despite their name, they are removable, but they adhere better, ensuring they can withstand years of weather.

The color stickers and labels are printed with an inkjet printer on sticker paper. The figures have an average size of 6x6cm.

Hugs

The cuddly toys are from MiniMatters, are child-friendly, and suitable for ages 10 and up. Dimensions: 12x33x38.6 cm. Available in gray, green, or pink. Not suitable for machine washing or tumble drying.

Buttons and magnets

Diameter 58mm. The magnets are made entirely of metal and have a strong attraction. The buttons are also made of metal and have a pin on the back with a simple closure.

Keychains RSV

These are made of stainless steel and feature a sublimation-coated section for the photo. The image is pressed into this coating under high pressure, resulting in a beautiful, glossy finish and a design that will last for years. Depending on the shape, they have an average image size of 3.5 cm. See the product photos for the full dimensions.
